What You'll Do
- Lead advanced tax planning and advisory engagements for closely held businesses and high-net-worth clients
- Review complex business tax returns including S-Corps and Partnerships
- Build and improve tax workflows, systems, and processes
- Mentor and support junior tax staff
- Collaborate closely with leadership and accounting/advisory teams
- Help shape the long-term direction of the tax practice
- Serve as a trusted year-round advisor to clients

What We're Looking For
- Active CPA license required
- 6 years of public accounting experience
- Strong business tax and advisory background
- Experience with closely held businesses and/or high-net-worth clients
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Comfortable operating in evolving, fast-paced environments
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Leadership or mentorship experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
