Trueline’s client, a heavy civil contractor in Central Florida focused on large site infrastructure, underground utilities, and roadway work, is seeking a Field Manager – Trenchless Division to join their team on a full time basis. This role involves leading day to day operations of the trenchless equipment fleet and ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient execution of underground projects — a great opportunity for someone with field leadership and trenchless experience to grow within a stable, values-driven company.
What You’ll Do as the Field Manager – Trenchless Division:
Lead the daily operations of trenchless division equipment including vac truck, CCTV inspection van, and pressure grout truck.
Schedule and assign crews and equipment for each project segment to meet timelines and quality expectations.
Monitor crew performance and ensure adherence to safety protocols, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with Project Managers to align field execution with overall project goals, budgets, and resource plans.
Oversee proper maintenance, care, and utilization of all trenchless equipment and related vehicles.
Must Haves as the Field Manager – Trenchless Division:
Prior experience operating CCTV inspection rigs and pressure grout rigs.
Previous leadership experience in underground pipeline installation (foreman, superintendent or equivalent).
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong knowledge of underground pipe installation methods and best practices.
Excellent organizational, communication, and on site problem solving skills.
Ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
High school diploma or GED (preferred).
Nice-to-Haves as the Field Manager – Trenchless Division:
Fluency in English; Spanish fluency is a plus but not required.
Prior experience coordinating trenchless crews across multiple sites.
Familiarity with both vac and grout truck maintenance routines.
