A rapidly growing restoration services company serving the Greater Boston area, is seeking a Restoration Construction Estimator to join their team in Randolph, MA. This role combines relationship-driven sales with precise estimating skills, helping property owners recover from water, mold, or structural damage. What You’ll Do as the Restoration Construction Estimator:
- Respond quickly to new leads from homeowners, property managers, and insurance referrals
- Inspect damaged properties to assess the scope of work and present service solutions
- Create detailed, insurance-compliant estimates in Xactimate
- Serve as the primary client contact until transitioning the project to production or reconstruction teams
- Work closely with insurance adjusters, clients, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely approvals
Must-Haves as the Sales Estimator:
- 2 years of experience creating restoration estimates in Xactimate
- Proven success in sales, estimating, or insurance restoration work
- Ability to navigate damaged properties including attics, crawlspaces, and basements
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Nice-to-Haves as the Estimator:
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT)
- Familiarity with insurance adjusters and third-party administrators (TPAs)
Our Client Offers:
- Base salary of $70,000–$95,000 plus commissions with on-target earnings of $100,000–$130,000
