Trueline's client, one of the nation's largest and most established family law practices, is seeking a Litigation Family Law Attorney to join their Little Rock, AR team. What You'll Do as the Litigation Family Law Attorney:
- Manage divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and related domestic relations cases
- Own matters throughout the litigation lifecycle, including strategy, pleadings, discovery, motions, negotiations, hearings, mediation, and trial
- Advocate for clients in Arkansas courts
- Prepare motions, pleadings, discovery, settlement documents, and related filings
- Counsel clients through complex legal and personal decisions
- Negotiate effectively while maintaining readiness to litigate when appropriate
- Maintain proactive client communication and establish clear expectations throughout each matter
- Work with an established network of attorneys and support professionals
Must-Haves as the Litigation Family Law Attorney:
- Active Arkansas Bar license in good standing
- Litigation experience
- Ability to independently manage cases and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
- Comfort appearing in court and handling contested matters
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving ability
- Excellent client communication skills
- Organization, responsiveness, and professional judgment
Nice-to-Haves as the Litigation Family Law Attorney:
- Family law or domestic relations experience
- Divorce, custody, child support, or related litigation experience
- Trial and evidentiary hearing experience
- Familiarity with Little Rock and surrounding courts
