This is a full-time on-site role located in Kaneohe, HI, for a Human Resources Consultant. The HR Consultant will be responsible for providing expert guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and labor and employment law. Daily tasks include managing HR activities, developing and implementing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The consultant will also support business owners in creating effective HR practices that promote a positive workplace culture.
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Expertise in HR Policies and Employee Relations
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
