Job Description:
We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Delivery Lead to drive large-scale transformation programs for global banking and financial services clients. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in program delivery, consulting, stakeholder management, and implementation leadership across complex digital, cloud, SaaS, and AI-led transformation initiatives.
The Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery engagements, ensuring successful execution of strategic programs, leading cross-functional global teams, and partnering with C-level executives to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale banking transformation and implementation programs across multiple geographies.
- Drive AI-led, cloud, SaaS, digital, and core banking transformation initiatives for Tier I and Tier II banking clients.
- Manage complex portfolios involving multiple stakeholders, delivery teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Manage and oversee a portfolio exceeding USD 500 Million across strategic banking and transformation engagements.
- Engage with C-Suite executives to understand business goals, define transformation roadmaps, and align delivery strategies with organizational vision.
- Oversee program governance, delivery planning, execution management, risk mitigation, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure programs are delivered on-time, within budget, and aligned with expected business outcomes and regulatory requirements.
- Lead multicultural, geographically distributed, and technically diverse teams while fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Identify business opportunities, drive strategic consulting engagements, and recommend innovative solutions for operational efficiency and business growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America regions.
- Drive implementation and rollout of core banking, transaction banking, digital banking, cloud, and SaaS platforms.
- Establish delivery excellence frameworks, governance models, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide thought leadership in banking transformation, implementation methodologies, and emerging technologies.
Required Experience & Skills
- 20 years of experience in Program Management, Delivery Leadership, Consulting, and Banking Transformation.
- Strong expertise in Banking and Financial Services domain with experience across Retail Banking, Transaction Banking, Digital Banking, and Core Banking implementations.
- Proven track record of successfully leading global transformation programs for leading financial institutions.
- Experience managing large-scale implementations across USA, Canada, Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America, and Caribbean regions.
- Deep understanding of AI-led transformation, Cloud, SaaS, and enterprise banking platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with C-Suite executives and senior business leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-functional, and multicultural teams.
- Expertise in program governance, delivery management, budgeting, risk management, and strategic planning.
- Strong consulting, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with global implementation partners and enterprise banking products/platforms is highly preferred.
- Ability to drive strategic business value while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with global banking transformation initiatives and digital modernization programs.
- Exposure to Finacle or similar core banking platforms.
- Experience launching cloud and SaaS banking offerings.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in global banking environments.
- Publications, thought leadership contributions, or industry speaking engagements in banking transformation are an added advantage.

Salary : $200,000 - $280,000
