Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a GTM Engineer. As a GTM Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing and sales workflows to drive revenue growth. Your daily tasks will include building and managing GTM tools, creating data pipelines, analyzing performance metrics, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. You will play a key role in enabling efficient and results-focused revenue operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in designing and maintaining GTM tracking, tagging, and automation frameworks
- Experience with tool integrations, web analytics platforms, and marketing/sales technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, SQL) is highly desirable
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Background in GTM strategy or revenue operations is a plus
