- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment using manual or mechanical methods
- Support skilled tradespeople by preparing work areas and delivering supplies as needed
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision, ensuring proper usage and safety protocols are followed
- Follow safety guidelines diligently, including wearing protective gear and adhering to site regulations
- Assist with setting up scaffolding, barricades, or signage to secure work zones
- Perform routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Must be able to work 10-hour shifts outdoors.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
