Truegigs is seeking an energetic and motivated Food Runner, In this role, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverage orders to customers while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Receive food and beverage orders from customers and accurately enter them into the POS system
- Deliver orders to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of each order before delivery
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be available to work on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Must be reliable and punctual
