Duties

- Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas by sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely turnover of dishes during busy service hours.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene compliance.
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during peak hours to enhance guest experience.
