Dishwashers are truly the heart of the kitchen.
THE RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues
Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils
Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink
Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas
Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes
Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations
THE PERFECT PAIRING
Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus (but not required)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Comfort standing for extended periods
Reliable, hardworking, and committed to cleanliness
