TrueCut Insurance LLC is hiring a licensed Property & Casualty insurance agent for an outbound sales role. This position focuses on calling customers who have previously had policies with us or requested quotes, with the goal of converting those opportunities into sales. You’ll spend most of your day on the phone re-engaging warm leads, identifying needs, and closing business.

- Previous sales or outbound calling experience preferred

- Re-engage leads and identify current insurance needs
- Work with existing customers whose policies are renewing by proactively offering requotes and premium solutions
- Provide accurate quotes and coverage recommendations
- Overcome objections and close sales effectively
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions
- Follow compliance guidelines and agency procedures
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
