Join our mission-driven team as a Cloud Engineer and help ensure the stability and security of the systems that power care for underserved communities.Your Role & Impact As Cloud Engineer, you’ll serve as a technical expert on the TrueCare IT team, managing on-prem Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD, and our Azure cloud tenant. You’ll oversee SSO IdP applications, Azure Endpoint Manager, Entra ID, and services such as Exchange Online and SharePoint Online. Automating common tasks via scripting with PowerShell or similar languages will be key to your success. You’ll also act as an escalation point for the internal IT service desk and lead project-based assignments that strengthen our infrastructure.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience8 years of systems administration experience supporting 700 end usersExpert level proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server OS, Active Directory (on-prem and Azure), SharePoint & Exchange OnlineExpertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Microsoft Entra, and AutoPilotStrong understanding of virtualization platforms (VMWare, Citrix) and cloud environments (Azure or AWS)Knowledge of network standards and protocolsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteWhy Join Us:We're a mission-driven healthcare organization committed to making quality care accessible for everyone.
