Your Role & Impact
- Champion Patient Care – Provide Primary Care coverage to patients in need within our FQHC network. Possibility to float between FM, PEDS, and Urgent Care. Join a 1:4 Saturday Clinic Rotation (replaces one weekday clinic).
- Enhance Clinical Operations – Streamline processes to improve patient flow, satisfaction, and provider efficiency.  18 locations open 8am-5pm Monday-Saturday.
- See 20 patients per day in 15 or 20 min scheduling blocks | 2:1 MA to Provider Ratio, 3 Exam Rooms to Rotate between.
- Shape the Future of Healthcare – TrueCare uses OCHIN’s EPIC EMR platform.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in Primary Care experience. At least 2 years of practice experience, post-training experience
- Active California Medical License. Current and Unrestricted DEA
- Board Certified with either AANP or NCCPA
- Commitment to Patient-Centered Care & Health Equity. 
- Bilingual in Spanish & English (Preferred but not required).
