- Perform wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing tasks as needed

- Accurately document all nursing care and observations in electronic or paper medical records
- Follow all facility policies, infection control procedures, and KSBN and KDADS regulations
- Travel to assigned facilities and adapt to different workflows and policies while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Qualifications:
- Active Kansas LPN license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Minimum 6–12 months of clinical nursing experience preferred (long-term care or acute care experience a plus)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
