TrueCare Insurance is seeking a motivated South Carolina Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent for a unique hybrid position combining insurance sales and client relationship management with a customer-facing retail role.
This position provides the security of dependable base compensation while giving you the opportunity to build your insurance business and earn uncapped performance bonuses.
Insurance Responsibilities
- Help clients understand Medicare and health insurance options
- Develop new clients and build long-term relationships
- Conduct annual Medicare plan reviews
- Manage and grow an existing client base
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients
- Participate in community outreach and educational events
- Maintain required Medicare and carrier certifications
- Provide professional, ethical, and compliant insurance guidance
Retail & Customer Service Responsibilities
As part of this hybrid position, you will also assist with day-to-day retail customer service:
- Greet and assist customers
- Answer phones and general customer questions
- Help customers locate products and services
- Direct customers to the appropriate team member when needed
- Assist with checkout and basic retail transactions
- Maintain an organized and welcoming customer area
- Support general front-end workflow during busy periods
What We're Looking For
- Active South Carolina Life & Health Insurance License
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with sales, networking, and relationship building
- Professional, dependable, and organized
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow an insurance client base
- Comfortable working in both an insurance sales and retail environment
No previous retail experience required. Training provided.
Compensation is a base salary uncapped performance bonuses.
Part-time opportunities may also be available, with compensation based on schedule and experience.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $81,000.00 per year
