Candidate Profile
- At least 6 years running jobs as a Superintendent in construction

- Able and willing to travel extensively, mainly within Mountain-zone states
- Sharp problem-solver with strong planning instincts
- Communicates clearly in both writing and conversation
- Independent operator who thrives without constant supervision while traveling
