The firm concentrates on commercial, healthcare, and K-12 construction, with a solid backlog and steady project flow supporting continued hiring. They're currently seeking multiple Superintendents with ground-up project experience, and candidates should bring strong scheduling skills, ideally with MS Project.

Requirements
- 8 years of experience in a Superintendent role
- Ground-up project background in commercial, healthcare, K-12, higher education, or similar sectors
- Scheduling proficiency, MS Project experience preferred
- Strong planning and problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field a plus, not required
