This role is on behalf of a client.
Position Overview:
This role will play a key part in optimizing the Salesforce environment, ensuring system accuracy, and supporting the fractional CTO and internal teams through enhancements, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
· Maintain and enhance Salesforce configuration including flows, validation rules, page layouts, custom objects, fields, and reports
· Support data integrity through routine audits, cleanup, and data imports/exports
· Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions and process improvements
· Troubleshoot issues, manage support tickets, and respond to user requests in a timely manner
· Assist with user management, permissions, profiles, and role hierarchy
· Develop dashboards and reporting to support business decisions and visibility
· Provide training and documentation to end users as needed
· Other duties as assigned.
Education, and Experience:
- Bachelors degree required
- 5 years of related experience required
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (preferably in a small-to-mid-size business environment)
- Salesforce Administrator certification required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Strong knowledge of Salesforce automation (Flows), system configuration, and data tools (Data Loader, report builder)
· Familiarity with integration tools and AppExchange solutions
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
· Ability to solve problems quickly and adapt to changing needs
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Pay: $40.00 per hour
