Now Hiring: Dispatcher (Customer-Focused & Solutions-Driven)
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Dispatcher to join our team—someone who brings strong soft skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys solving problems on the fly.
This role will report directly to the office manager, while also working closely with service manager to align on scheduling strategy and manage day-of adjustments. Communication and collaboration are key, as you’ll play a central role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and dispatch service and maintenance calls effectively and efficiently
- Adapt to real-time scheduling changes and priorities
- Communicate clearly with technicians and internal team members
- Maintain customer records and account information with a high level of accuracy and consistency
- Help drive a smooth customer experience through proactive coordination
- Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Fact-check information and ensure details are complete before moving jobs forward
- Think creatively to solve problems while staying within company processes and guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior dispatch experience (preferred)
- Experience with ServiceTitan (highly preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset
- Resilient with the ability to handle pressure and feedback professionally
- Strong problem-solving skills—you enjoy figuring things out like a puzzle
- Ability to think outside the box while staying within structure
- Strong prioritization and decision-making skills
- Commitment to accuracy, accountability, and follow-through
