In this key role, you'll drive sales, identify new opportunities, and help manage our team with polish and effectiveness.Key Responsibilities & Impact:Drive Aggressive Growth: Proactively identify and secure new sales opportunities, expanding our customer base and ensuring sales growth targets are met with conviction.Professional Persuasion: Educate and sell company products and services to customers using strong negotiation and a professional, poised demeanor.Leadership & Mentorship: Assist in overseeing, coordinating, and educating the sales team, providing assertive guidance to develop individual and team performance.Strategic Insight: Assist in tracking sales trends and results for business forecasting, ensuring all activities are deadline and detail-oriented.Elite Client Relations: Network and build strong, professional partnerships with new and existing clients, expertly closing transactions and resolving complex issues with finesse.
