Luxury Retail Sales Associate, Custom Hats

True West Hats is a growing, family-owned hat company located in Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village. We create handmade, heirloom-quality hats and give every customer a highly personal design experience.

We are looking for an energetic, ambitious salesperson who wants more than a traditional retail position. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting interesting people from around the world, has a strong sense of personal style, and is excited by the challenge of turning a conversation into a meaningful sale.

• Want to learn about handmade hats, natural materials, leather, local jewelry, and artisan craftsmanship
• Must work weekends and holidays

Experience in luxury retail, fashion, jewelry, hospitality, real estate, event sales, beauty, or another relationship-based sales environment is especially valuable.

This is not passive retail.

Our team does not simply stand behind a counter and ring up purchases. We welcome customers, discover what they are looking for, help them choose a hat, guide them through customization, and create an experience that feels exciting and personal.

We provide extensive training in hat sizing, styling, materials, customization, and the True West sales experience. Hat knowledge is not required, but sales ability, ambition, personal presence, and a willingness to learn are essential.
