Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a part-time, on-site role based in Vienna, VA, responsible for promoting True Wellness Chiropractic & Rehab and its services. This role includes planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, and creating content that highlights patient success stories, services, and community initiatives. The Marketing Specialist will conduct basic market research, support events or partnerships with local athletic and wellness organizations, and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure messaging aligns with evidence-based care. Day-to-day tasks also involve monitoring campaign performance, assisting with patient-facing communications, and supporting sales and outreach activities that strengthen the clinic’s presence in the DMV community.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage patients, partners, and community stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and apply insights to targeted Marketing Strategy development.
- Experience with Marketing Strategy and Sales support, including campaign planning and lead generation activities.
- Basic proficiency with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and content creation for healthcare or wellness settings.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a part-time, on-site environment.
- Prior experience in healthcare, sports, fitness, or wellness marketing is beneficial.
