About the Position
True View is seeking a full-time accounts receivable clerk to join our accounting team in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will be experienced in collections, reconciliation and basic accounting. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, ambitious, dependable, and excited by the opportunity to help grow our accounting department at True View. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail are a must.
Responsibilities Include:
· Payment processing.
· Post daily credit card and check deposits.
· Review, monitor, and update AR reports for Arizona, Colorado and New Mexico locations. Proficient in excel.
· Collections - Contact customers about past due balances via email and outbound phone calls, negotiating payment arrangements and resolving disputes.
· Assist customers with questions regarding balances due.
· Update correspondence notes for each customer within internal CRM software.
· Scan completed project paperwork and attach to customer filed within internal CRM software.
· Process demand letters and submit stale AR to collections firm.
· Assist with other accounting functions including, but not limited to: progress billing, AIA, customer credits, report auditing, and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
· Prior accounts receivable and collections experience.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
· Computer literate. Experience using One Drive, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience using QuickBooks or Salesforce software a plus.
· TEAM player.
· Candidate must pass a drug test and background check.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
