Floor Lead – Retail

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Floor Lead to help oversee daily store operations, support team members, and deliver excellent customer service. This role is responsible for maintaining a well-organized sales floor, assisting customers, and helping ensure the store runs smoothly throughout the day.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader, team player, and problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with product questions and purchases
• Support and supervise floor staff during daily operations
• Help coordinate workflow and delegate tasks as needed
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor displays
• Assist with inventory management, stocking, and merchandising
• Monitor store activity and help resolve customer or staff issues
• Train and support new team members
• Communicate with management regarding store needs and performance
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
• Step in where needed to keep operations running efficiently

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience required (leadership or supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Able to stand, walk, and lift merchandise as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (Required)
• Supervisory or leadership: 2 years (Required)
