📍 True Turf LLC – Olathe, KS
True Turf LLC is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Turf Care Applicator to join our team! If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality work, and want to be part of a locally owned company that values its employees, we’d love to hear from you.
🌿 Position OverviewAs a Turf Care Applicator, you will:
- Apply lawn care treatments including fertilizer, weed control, and pest control products
- Diagnose turf issues and recommend proper treatments
- Operate and maintain application equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate with clients
- Follow all safety guidelines and state regulations
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate!)
- Kansas pesticide applicator license preferred or willingness to obtain
