What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Care Worker (DCW) position at True Transitions SIL?
In this position you will be working with clients who are in need of community living skills such as but not limited to, cooking, budgeting, stress management, and social skills. You must be DCW certified and have worked in the field at least a year. You must be patient and respectful to our clients, and be able to follow directions to the letter. It is important that you can work with little to no supervision, you will plan your day with your clients according to the his or her treatment plan and understand basic HIPPA standards to be a part of this team.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.75 per hour
