This is a full-time, on-site role for an Escrow Officer at our office in Harlingen, TX. The Escrow Officer will manage the end-to-end escrow and closing processes, including preparing and organizing documents, ensuring compliance with escrow requirements, and providing an exceptional customer experience. The role also involves close collaboration with residential real estate agents, lenders, and clients to facilitate smooth and accurate property transactions. Strong attention to detail and customer service are essential to this role to ensure a seamless and efficient closing process.
- Experience in Closings, Escrow, and Notary responsibilities
- Proven knowledge of Residential Real Estate processes and regulations
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to build positive client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with title and escrow software systems is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- State-licensed Notary Public, or willingness to obtain certification
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
