Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of office management, including administrative procedures, clerical tasks, and front desk operations to ensure seamless daily functioning.
- Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for executives and team members to optimize productivity and meeting arrangements.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing training, guidance, and development opportunities to foster a high-performing team.
- Coordinate vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts, managing supplies inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
- Manage filing systems, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Ensure excellent communication through phone etiquette on email correspondence, and in-person interactions to create a professional environment.
Requirements
- Experience in office management or administrative roles with demonstrated supervisory responsibilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office setting.
- Experience with vendor management, contract negotiations, and budgeting processes.
- Familiarity with human resources practices including onboarding, employee records management, and training & development initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—and professional phone etiquette skills are essential.
- Ability to handle front desk duties confidently.
- Knowledge of scheduling tools and calendar management software to coordinate appointments seamlessly.
