About the Role
This RN position sits at the center of patient care and clinic operations. You will manage medication administration and education, controlled substance documentation, inventory, IV therapy support, and patient flow.
You will guide patients through their first injections, ensure medications are available without interruption, and maintain compliance with all documentation and regulatory standards.
This role requires consistency, accuracy, and follow through. Once expectations are met, it operates with trust and autonomy. Ownership is expected.
Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- No nights, weekends, holidays, or on call
- Manageable patient volume focused on quality, not speed
- Calm, organized clinic setting with strong team collaboration
What You Will Own
- Patient education and guidance on first injections to ensure confidence and compliance
- Medication administration, IV therapy assistance, and therapeutic phlebotomies as indicated
- Controlled substance handling and documentation with zero tolerance for errors
- Inventory management, ordering, and backorder coordination to maintain continuity of care
- Proactive communication with providers and front desk staff to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Organized, audit ready records and medication storage
- Contribution to a clinic culture built on accountability, professionalism, and patient success
Results You Are Accountable For
- Patients do not run out of prescribed medications
- Controlled substance documentation remains 100 percent accurate and compliant
- Patients feel confident and informed in their treatment plans
- Inventory and medication access are proactive, not reactive
- The med room operates smoothly and predictably

Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN license required
- Two or more years of nursing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline
- Comfort educating patients and building confidence through clear communication
- CPR certification preferred
- Willingness to learn hormone therapy, metabolic health, and wellness based treatments
Compensation & Benefits
- $35–$40 per hour based on experience
