About the Role
This position is equal parts clinician, coach, and trusted guide.
You will review advanced bloodwork, develop personalized optimization plans, and help patients understand how to improve their health through hormone optimization and supportive therapies.
You will also help guide patients through treatments such as:
- Hormone Optimization
- Medical Weight Loss (GLP-1 therapies)
- Peptide Therapy
- IV Therapy
Our goal is simple: transform lives, not just treat symptoms.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations and review comprehensive lab panels
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients on protocols and expected outcomes
- Monitor patient progress through follow-ups and lab reviews
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience
- Stay current on protocols and treatment advancements
