About the Role
This role is equal parts clinician, coach, and trusted guide.
You will:
- Review advanced bloodwork panels
- Create personalized hormone and wellness optimization plans
- Walk patients through their health journey with clarity and confidence
- Recommend supportive services (IV therapy, peptides, weight optimization, recovery services) with integrity and purpose — always in the patient’s best interest
Most importantly, you will build long-term trust.
Patients will remember you as the provider who finally listened, explained, and helped them feel like themselves again.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive intake visits and review advanced lab panels
- Create and explain personalized optimization plans
- Educate patients on timelines, expectations, and outcomes
- Track progress through follow-ups and lab reviews
- Recommend additional therapies that enhance patient results
- Deliver hospitality-driven care at every touchpoint
- Maintain accurate and compliant charting and medication documentation
- Collaborate with front desk, med room, and leadership teams
- Participate in ongoing trainings and protocol updates
