About the Role

This role is equal parts clinician, coach, and trusted guide.
You’ll review advanced blood panels, create personalized optimization plans, and walk patients through their journey with confidence. You’ll recommend additional treatments (IVs, peptides, weight optimization, recovery) not to “sell,” but to amplify their results.

Most importantly—you’ll build trust. You’ll be the provider patients rave about, because you combine medical expertise with compassion, clarity, and presence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake appointments, review advanced bloodwork panels, and create personalized optimization plans.
• Educate patients clearly on treatment timelines, protocols, and expected outcomes.
• Track progress with follow-ups, lab reviews, and ongoing patient communication.
• Confidently recommend additional treatments that support patient transformation.
• Deliver hospitality at every touchpoint: greet patients warmly, celebrate progress, and handle concerns with empathy.
• Maintain accurate, compliant charting and medication documentation.
• Collaborate with front desk, med room, and leadership for seamless patient care.
• Participate in trainings, case reviews, and protocol updates to keep True Test on the cutting edge.
