We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Shop Manager to help keep our plumbing and mechanical shop organized and our field crews supplied with the materials and equipment they need to be successful.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a construction background who enjoys staying organized and working behind the scenes to support a team.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials for field crews
- Pull materials for upcoming jobs
- Receive, stock, and organize inventory and deliveries
- Keep warehouse shelves and storage areas clean and organized
- Assist with order procurement and material pickups from suppliers
- Maintain shop cleanliness and ensure equipment is ready for use
- Assist with other shop and warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- Construction or plumbing industry experience preferred
- Experience with material ordering or procurement is a plus
- Organized, self-motivated, and dependable
- Able to lift 50 pounds and work in a warehouse/shop environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
- DOT physical (will reimburse if needed)
- Forklift experience is a plus
