TrueStandard Cleaning Services is building a professional network of independent residential cleaning providers throughout the Houston area.

We handle the marketing, customer acquisition, booking, customer communication, scheduling, and dispatch. Our providers focus on what they do best: delivering a great cleaning experience for the customer.

This is an independent contractor opportunity, not a traditional W-2 employee position. Cleaning assignments are offered based on customer demand, service area, availability, and fit.

What You'll Do

As a TrueStandard cleaning provider, you will:

• Complete residential cleaning assignments according to the agreed scope of work
• Arrive prepared and ready for your accepted assignments
• Provide professional and respectful service inside customers' homes
• Follow TrueStandard's cleaning standards and service checklists
• Communicate promptly regarding assignments, questions, delays, or issues
• Take appropriate before/after documentation when required
• Report damage, unusual property conditions, or situations outside the agreed scope
• Leave the customer's home clean, orderly, and properly secured
• Maintain professional boundaries with customers
• Protect customer privacy and property
• Represent the TrueStandard standard during every assignment

Experience is preferred, but we're also interested in motivated cleaners who can demonstrate strong attention to detail and professionalism during our qualification process.

How Assignments Work

TrueStandard handles the customer side of the business.

That means we work to:

• Generate customers
• Market the business
• Handle customer inquiries
• Schedule appointments
• Provide job details
• Coordinate assignments
• Collect customer payments
• Provide customer support

When a cleaning opportunity is available, qualified providers can be considered for assignments that fit their service area, availability, and capabilities.

You complete the cleaning assignment, document completion when required, and receive the agreed compensation for the completed assignment.

Compensation

$18–$25 hourly equivalent, depending on the assignment

Actual compensation may vary based on the size, scope, complexity, and requirements of an individual cleaning assignment.

Compensation will be established for assignments according to the provider arrangement with TrueStandard.

Passing the application or interview does not guarantee assignments.
