What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vacation rental caretaking position at True Standard, LLC?
Join our dynamic team where you'll play a vital role in creating 5-star experiences and lifetime memories for visiting guests. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work independently, while also being connected with a fun team of people supporting and working alongside you.
Part-time and full-time positions are available. Our busiest days are Fridays - Mondays, so some weekends are required, but we are flexible if you have a need. Training is provided to get you familiar with our standards and procedures. Length of training is determined by experience and performance. Once you are confident, you will be able to work independently.
Responsibilities include:
- Picking up clean linens and supplies from our supply room in Townsend, TN
- Thorough cleaning of the interior and exterior cabin area such as deck, firepit, and grilling areas
- Hot tub turnover
- Replenish consumables according to the lists posted for each property (supplies provided)
- Report any maintenance needs, safety concerns, or cleaning standards
- Taking and sending pictures after each property
- Hauling trash from property to our supply room dumpster (along with the dirty laundry)
Requirements:
- Dependable transportation
- Being consistent, trustworthy, and reliable
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership qualities with the ability to prioritize tasks independently while maintaining attention to detail.

- Part-time team members between $300 - $650. Full-time team members between $650-$1100. Pay depends on your availability and desire to work.
