We are currently hiring motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Brand Representatives. As a Brand Representative, you'll work in a retail environment, connecting with customers, introducing products and services, and creating positive experiences that strengthen brand awareness and customer satisfaction.
Compensation & Schedule
- Guaranteed hourly base pay plus uncapped commission
- Average earnings of $26–$32 per hour, including base pay and commission (actual earnings vary based on individual performance)
- Full-time position
- Five scheduled shifts per week
- Typical shifts range from 8–10 hours
- Flexible scheduling based on business needs, with operations seven days a week

Responsibilities
- Serve as a professional representative of the brand in retail locations.
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming and informative experience.
- Share product information, available services, and current promotions with customers.
- Help customers identify products and service options that best fit their needs.
- Build strong customer relationships through outstanding service and communication.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Work alongside team members to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Maintain a professional appearance while representing the company and its partners.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality is helpful but not required.
