We are hiring dependable Kitchen Staff to support food service operations in a healthcare setting. Team members may be assigned to either food preparation or tray assembly based on operational needs. This position does not require direct interaction with patients.
Responsibilities:
Food Preparation (as assigned):
* Assist with basic food preparation following established guidelines
* Prepare ingredients and support kitchen operations
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of prep areas
Tray Assembly (as assigned):
* Accurately assemble meal trays according to dietary instructions
* Ensure trays are complete, organized, and meet quality standards
General Duties:
* Deliver prepared trays to designated areas within the facility (no patient interaction)
* Follow all food safety and infection control protocols
* Keep work areas clean and organized
* Assist with additional kitchen tasks as needed
Requirements:
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliability and punctuality
* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
* Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but not required
Work Environment:
