True Self Recovery is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dedicated Licensed Therapist to join our growing substance abuse treatment team in Northwest Arkansas. Our therapists play a vital role in guiding clients through recovery by providing individual counseling, group therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients receiving substance use disorder treatment.
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies.
- Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, peer support specialists, and other members of the treatment team.
- Participate in treatment team meetings and case consultations.
- Provide crisis intervention and clinical support as needed.
- Educate clients and families on addiction, recovery, relapse prevention, and mental health.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations, HIPAA, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Active Arkansas license as one of the following:
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
- Experience working with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions preferred.
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices, including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
