WFH Expectations: *If the employee is: <75 mi. from the office, they will be in 2 times per week (Work in office: 40%; Work from home: 60%) 76-100 mi. from the office, one day per week (Work in office: 20%; Work from home: 80%) >100 mi. from the office, fully remote (Work from home: 100%)
What You’ll Do:
- Dive into inbound calls, helping members with their prescription benefit needs.
- Deliver accurate and uplifting info on benefit plans and True Rx Health Strategist services.
- Keep a detailed playbook and escalate issues for warp-speed resolutions.
- Team up with internal and external partners to conquer customer inquiries.
- Hit the highest notes in departmental standards for quality, efficiency, and teamwork.
- Act as a liaison, delivering product/services info and solving issues with precision.
- Revel in a performance-driven culture with coaching and applause.

- 1 years of customer service experience.
