As a Membership & Float Consultant, you’ll be the heart of the guest experience—guiding clients through their first float, introducing membership options, and helping every guest discover the true benefits of rest and recovery. This role blends hospitality, wellness education, and sales in a calm, spa-like environment.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests warmly and provide an exceptional, calming first impression.
- Educate clients on the benefits of float therapy, membership options, and our holistic wellness services.
- Conduct spa tours and guide first-time float guests through orientation.
- Engage in membership sales conversations, helping guests find the right plan for their needs.
- Process transactions and manage memberships using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean, relaxing environment, ensuring all float rooms and lounge areas are pristine between sessions.
- Respond to phone calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and care, helping clients book appointments or manage accounts.
- Support retail sales of float-related products and spa add-ons (such as oxygen bar or aromatherapy).
- Assist with light opening/closing duties and daily spa operations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure every guest leaves feeling refreshed, informed, and valued.
Basic Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, calm demeanor.
- Proven ability to connect with diverse guests and provide outstanding service.
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently or in a small team.
- Basic math and computer skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Weekend availability (required for most shifts).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality, wellness, spa, or fitness environments.
- Sales experience with memberships or recurring service programs.
- Knowledge or passion for holistic wellness, float therapy, or stress recovery.
