True REST Float Spa is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as Float Consultants. As a Float Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by guiding guests through their sensory deprivation float therapy sessions, promoting the benefits of floating, and contributing to the peaceful atmosphere of our spa.
We are currently hiring for the following shifts:
- Monday mornings
- Thursday and Friday day or night shifts
- Sunday mornings

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly experience
- Educate clients on the benefits of sensory deprivation float therapy and spa services
- Assist guests before, during, and after their float sessions, ensuring comfort and relaxation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of float rooms and common areas
- Handle bookings, inquiries, and spa related transactions efficiently
- Promote spa memberships and special offers to enhance the guest experience
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns professionally
- Collaborate with team members to support daily spa operations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Passion for health and wellness with a genuine interest in sensory deprivation float therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a calm and serene environment
- Prior experience in a spa or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask and handle various customer needs simultaneously
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
