Field Supervisor — Collections and Equipment Recovery
Can you build a field team and keep it performing?
True Reach Group is hiring a Field Supervisor to lead our cable equipment recovery and collection team. You’ll manage daily operations, track results, hire and train team members, and work alongside collectors in the field to improve performance.
What you’ll do
- Set daily goals and review team results
- Hire, train, and coach field collectors
- Work in the field with new team members and those who need support
- Oversee equipment tracking and coordinate warehouse drop-offs
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–7 p.m., with a one-hour lunch. Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Compensation: Hourly pay plus commission.
Reliable transportation is required. If you’re organized, comfortable leading a field team, and ready to take ownership of its results, we’d like to hear from you.
