We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, material distribution, and logistics coordination. This role is critical to ensuring our field teams have the right materials and equipment to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Position Summary
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for organizing, managing, and maintaining all warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving materials, storage, equipment tracking, and distribution to job sites. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers, Foremen, and field personnel to ensure materials are readily available and warehouse operations support overall project success.
Reports to: Jobsite Foreman
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse organization, layout, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
- Manage the receiving, labeling, storage, and documentation of incoming materials and equipment.
- Verify packing slips and reconcile deliveries with purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and tracking systems.
- Coordinate material deliveries and jobsite support with Project Managers and Foremen.
- Supervise warehouse personnel and assign daily tasks.
- Monitor tool and equipment checkouts, returns, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
- Manage recycling programs, waste removal, and return material processing.
- Identify and implement improvements to warehouse efficiency and material flow.
- Ensure all warehouse activities adhere to company safety standards and best practices.
- Support jobsite preparedness by maintaining inventory availability and organization.
- Maintain professional communication with office staff, field personnel, vendors, and customers.

Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse-related experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Inventory control and logistics coordination experience.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good vision and hearing.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred
- Electrical installation experience.
- Vocational, technical, or business school education.
Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Typical hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (schedule may vary based on project needs)
- Overtime may be required
- Optional weekend training opportunities available
