Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other RBTs to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
- Provide direct behavioral support to children in a clinical setting, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure continuity of care
- 1 year of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or higher education preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
