General Contractor Laborer / Remodeling Technician

What You'll Do
Every day is different, but responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with kitchen, bathroom, and whole-home remodels
- Demolition and job site preparation
- Loading, unloading, and organizing materials
- Installing trim, baseboards, casing, and finish carpentry
- Painting, drywall repairs, sanding, and caulking
- Flooring installation assistance
- Job site cleanup and organization throughout the day
- Protecting clients' homes and belongings
- Operating power and hand tools safely
- Picking up materials when needed
- Working alongside lead carpenters and project managers
- Learning new skills with opportunities for advancement
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
- Dependable and shows up on time

- Respectful when working inside clients' homes
- Able to lift 75 pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
- Mechanically inclined
- Willing to learn new construction and remodeling skills
- Takes pride in quality workmanship
- Has reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license preferred
Experience
Experience is appreciated but not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a great attitude and a strong work ethic.
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- Residential remodeling
- Painting
- Drywall
- Trim carpentry
- Flooring
- Cabinet installation
- Framing
- General construction
- Handyman work
