Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Demonstrated skills in Patient Care and Home Care, including patient education and development of safe, effective home exercise programs.
- General knowledge of Medicine relevant to musculoskeletal, neurologic, and orthopedic conditions to support clinical decision-making.
- Current Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Active Kansas Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start date).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills, with a commitment to respectful, team-based care.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload, prioritize tasks, and maintain high standards of professionalism and ethics.
- Previous outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required.
