True Performance specializes in both chiropractic and neurological care focused on overall wellness and recovery from body to brain. We are looking for a dynamic office operations associate to support our team and manage the office day-to-day.
Job Summary
You would manage the front desk, welcoming guests alongside our friendly office dog. Your duties will include verifying new client information and accurately entering details into our database, answering phones, ordering supplies, scheduling appointments, keeping our office tidy, while occasionally helping the doctors with requests as needed.
Minimum Requirements And Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma
Knowledge And Skills
- Computer savvy - you are comfortable with Gmail, editing documents in Word, PDF and/or Google Doc, and know how to use Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Time management - you will help keep our doctors on time, letting them know when appointments arrive
- Calendar management - you will be booking appointments and make sure our office calendar is up to date with important reminders
- General knowledge or an interest in learning the benefits of chiropractic adjustments and neurofeedback
- Comfortable on the phone
- Organized and tidy
- Self-starter
- Detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn about the treatment modalities we provide
- Bonus if you have interest in helping with social media content creation
Job Experience
- Two years of general office experience or customer service experience with emphasis on hospitality
*Must have reliable transportation
*Pay range is $19-$22 base pay with bonus structure
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
