Position OverviewWe are seeking a professional, reliable, and patient-centered Neurofeedback Technician to join our growing clinical team at True Performance. True Performance specializes in both chiropractic and neurological care focused on overall wellness and recovery from body to brain. The ideal candidate is experienced in QEEG interpretation, protocol development, and patient-centered neurotherapy sessions. This role is part-time with room to grow into full-time employment, or starting as full time if open to travel between San Diego and Orange County locations. Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret QEEG data and clearly present reports of findings and brain map results to patients.Develop individualized neurofeedback protocols, ensuring accuracy and alignment with clinical guidelines.Orchestrate and oversee treatment sessions, including equipment setup, patient monitoring, and session adjustments.Maintain excellent bedside manner, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for all patients.Familiarity with Wavi and BrainMaster systems (preferred).Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in data entry, patient records, and session documentation.Work collaboratively with clinical staff, contributing to a positive and efficient patient flow.Support the clinic’s mission by being eager to learn, receptive to training, and open to opportunities for professional growth.Uphold a high standard of professionalism, reliability, and integrity in all interactions.Immediate availability required for onboarding and training. QualificationsExperience with QEEG interpretation and neurofeedback protocols (required).Prior experience conducting or supporting neurotherapy sessions (required).BCAI certification preferred but not required.Comfort with technology and neurofeedback software platforms (Wavi, BrainMaster, etc.).Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-friendly approach.High attention to detail and the ability to follow structured clinical processes.Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards and medical documentation protocolsAbility to work both independently and as part of a team.
