The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restoration services, including fire and water damage restoration, mold remediation, and general cleaning. Responsibilities

• Perform fire restoration services, including smoke damage cleanup and odor removal.
• Execute water damage restoration tasks such as extraction, drying, and dehumidification.
• Conduct mold remediation processes to ensure safe and healthy environments.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various restoration projects.
• Clean affected areas thoroughly, ensuring all debris is removed and surfaces are sanitized.
• Assist in carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning services as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to assess damage and develop effective restoration plans.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of fire restoration, water damage restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in construction and restoration work.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods.
